A team member is dropping a contract into Claude to help draft a reply. They're not doing anything malicious. They're trying to do their work faster and better.
Once that data leaves your business, you lose control of it forever. There's no audit trail. No retention policy. No way to know what's been shared, what's stored, or whether it's been used to train a large language model. And your customers, your insurer and the ICO don't accept "good intent" as a defence.

Is this a sales pitch?
No. Andy spends the 60 minutes walking through the AI risk landscape and showing what proper Copilot governance looks like. At the end he offers a free 30-minute follow-up call for anyone who wants to talk through their own business's situation. There's a QR code on screen, scan it if you want it, ignore it if you don't.
Do I need to be technical?
No. The session is built for owners and managers, not IT. Andy explains what AI is doing in your business in plain English, with no jargon.
What if I can't make the live session?
We don't distribute the recording, partly because the live questions matter, and partly because we run a fresh session every two weeks. The next one is Tuesday 29 September at 12:30 BST. Register here and we'll send you the next invite if you can't make this one.
Will my colleagues see who attended?
